1. Services Provided

Case Study Engine offers done-for-you case study services that include:

• A recorded client interview conducted by our team

• A professionally written case study (~1,000 words)

• Sales and marketing-ready copy: quote snippets, pull quotes, and summary copy

Optional add-ons may include:

• Short video clips from the interview for use on social media

• A LinkedIn carousel version of the case study

2. Project Intake and Approval

Submitting a request through our form does not guarantee acceptance. We review all submissions to ensure project fit. If approved, we will provide next steps and a private payment link.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before work begins. All payments are handled through a secure third-party processor.

For monthly plans (Ongoing Engine), you will be billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of our custom work, payments are non-refundable once a project has begun.

For monthly clients, you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information for the client to be interviewed. We will make reasonable efforts to contact and schedule the interview, but cannot guarantee participation.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full rights to all final deliverables. We reserve the right to use anonymized versions of completed work in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
